a. Proposed by Josh Hannum, Seconded by April Jackson
b. Passed 6-0
4. BID Assessment:
a. All properties in geographic boundary included at 100% except single family and non-profits (ie, church)
b. Longest of all frontages (excluding alleyways) is what property owner is assessed by
c. 5 year Sunset Clause on BID (BID will cease to function if not renewed by BID and City Council
5. Workflow
a. Security
b. Cleaning of public spaces (trash pick up, etc)
c. Parking maintenance (snow)
d. Landscaping maintenance (mow, fountain)

a. Add camera system for neighborhood
