2.   Agenda explanation/description 

Work Proposal based on Budget (maintenance of capital improvements)

                                      i.     Intrastructure (capital improvements) $7,000

                                    ii.     New Lighting (new light decorations) $3,000

                                   iii.     Beautification (trash pickup, pet stations) $5,200

                                   iv.     Security Protocol (patrols of eyes and ears, deterrence) $18,800

3.   Public Input   Where is trash pickup happening – depends on city

a.     Proposed by Josh Hannum, Seconded by April Jackson

b.     Passed 7-0

6.   Closing Remarks

a.     Ordinance reading: at City Council meeting at Tuesday, December 13^th at 2pm and will receive public input

b.     Next 2 Tuesdays following that will have a couple more readings and will vote on December 27^th for formalization

c.     No more weekly meetings
